Vuln-PLC is a simulated industrial control system (ICS) environment developed to demonstrate common security weaknesses found in real SCADA and PLC deployments. The lab includes a vulnerable HMI interface, exposed industrial protocols, process telemetry, and monitoring systems used to simulate real operational technology environments.
The project also includes a full security assessment case study demonstrating reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, exploitation validation, and professional penetration testing reporting.
